  1. There hasn’t been anything to talk about because the Pats outdid everyone in the offseason. He’s banking on scandals overshadowing what NE did after winning a ring. Don’t play with the church’s money.

As TC stated, they’ve corrected all their mistakes from a roster perspective. They added a true number 1 WR. They upgraded from Ryan to Gilmore. They upgraded from Long and Sheard with Ealy, Rivers, Guy and Wise. They upgraded double time from Blount with versatile RBs like Gillislee and Burkhead. Also found a legit MLB in David Harris to free up Hightower. They get Gronk back who has been rested since December and now he’s 100%. He should be about to remain healthy for the entire season into the postseason.

So with all that considered, what has any other team on the Pats schedule or in the league done to slow down a team like that? Yes, they road games later in the schedule is a test. Defense travels! The offense has plenty of versatility and depth to withstand a month’s worth of road games. And do we really think this team isn’t battle tested enough?

  2. 19-0 is always “possible” for any team any year. But what are the actual chances? Those are the numbers I’d like to see.

  3. Zaid Zaid the only way they could lose to the raiders twice (and those be the patriots only two losses for the entire season) would be if they lose to them in the regular season and the afc championship game. In that case the patriots would be 15-1 from the regular season game, win a divisional round playoff game (adding another win), and losing in the afc championship verse the raiders would add another loss 15+1=16 1+1=2 therefore the only possible way for them to lose to the raiders twice and those be the only losses on the season would be if the patriots go 16-2 not 17-2
